My Name is Michelle and I am the Founder of bHive Administrative Consultancy Ltd.  Why the name bHive? Well, when I've taken work home, my little "worker Bee's" would help and the name has stayed with me ever since!

My passion is people and I have been supporting teams for over 20 years and have set up this business to continue to do just that!

I work personally with clients in a collaborative, one-on-one relationship of ongoing administrative support, providing you with an administrative expert who keeps your business organised, humming along smoothly, and moving forward.

My role is not to advise as so many consultants aim to do. You know your business better than anyone, I am here to organise and support the needs that you identify. First and foremost, I implement processes and provide support as an administrative expert. I will offer guidance and organise clients on their administrative systems, set-ups, tools, and business operations where needed.

Administrative support is an ongoing relationship, not a one-time or occasional drive-by purchase. Administrative support is the collection of ongoing behind-the-scenes work and activities that must be attended to throughout the life of a business for it to grow, run smoothly and generate revenue.
